Stage 1 is all about gathering necessary understanding of the farm business to assess how we can work with you. Firstly we seek to understand:

• you and your farming background
• the land you are farming on
• your farming vision

From here, together, we formulate:

• realistic, achievable business targets using AgDesign systems
• short-term strategical goals for ease of integration of AgDesign systems and education into your farm enterprise
• long-term strategical goals to guide the future development of the farm enterprise.
