TOM CHISHOLM
Tom is the heart and soul of AgDesign.
- Born and raised on sheep and beef property in Hunterville in the Rangitikei region of NZ,
- His passion led him to study Agriculture at Massey University
- Post study work on the beef property of founder of Technograze, Harry Weir.
- Tom developed an intimate knowledge of how land, environment and animal interact
- Tom began installing and operating large scale systems both Australia and NZ and took his passion to the marketplace, offering farmers a complete farm system design business.

Laura is a key addition to AgDesign, bringing technical strength, practical insight and a genuine passion for supporting farmers.

Professional experience with Farmlands and OSPRI
Strong understanding of farm systems, nutrients and environmental planning
Laura communicates with real clarity and makes even complex information feel simple and practical. She is warm, quick to laugh and an absolute pleasure to work alongside. Outside of work she is involved in music and races sled dogs with her team of huskies, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm she brings to AgDesign.
CARL SHERIDAN
Carl leads the Heart and Soul department at AgDesign, bringing creativity, clarity and momentum to the way the business shows up in the world.
Guides marketing, brand development and design direction
Works closely with the team to keep operations aligned and moving smoothly
Generates ideas that shape projects, strategy and future growth
Supports field work and on-farm delivery wherever an extra set of hands or eyes is needed
Carl brings a rare mix of storytelling, systems thinking and genuine care for people. He sees opportunities before they exist and helps the team turn them into practical outcomes. Whether he is in the paddock, crafting a message or building the next big idea, Carl brings energy, heart and a deep connection to the AgDesign mission.
